HUITIÈME ET DERNIÈRE SEMAINE
Espérons que la fin de ce Student Blogging Challenge marquera aussi la fin de la pandémie actuelle.
Cette semaine, c’est la réouverture de notre école, progressive et partielle, où seuls les CP et les CM2 sont accueillis. Mais les enfants ne viennent que par petits groupes de huit élèves, ce qui apporte tout de même un peu de tristesse.
Voici une courte vidéo, faite rapidement jeudi et vendredi, pour montrer nos conditions de travail et terminer, sur une note d’espoir, ce Student Blogging Challenge 2020.
We hope that the end of this Student Blogging Challenge will also mark the end of the current pandemic.
This week, it is the reopening of our school, progressive and partial : only CP and CM2 are welcomed. But the children come in small groups of eight students only, and this situation still brings a little sadness.

Ce mercredi 22 avril, dans le monde entier, nous célébrerons le 50ème anniversaire du “Earth Day (Jour de la Terre)”. De nombreuses vidéos parlent de cet événement, mais presque aucune en français. Notre Classe a donc souhaité s’adresser à un public francophone en mixant des images et des enregistrements sonores déjà existants (vidéos, discours, chanson) dont les références sont données en fin de film. Pour personnaliser ce travail en fonction de la gravité du sujet, les élèves du CM2 ont ajouté quelques photos d’eux qui témoignent d’un sentiment soucieux et préoccupé.

This Wednesday, April 22, around the world, we will celebrate the 50th anniversary of “Earth Day”. Many videos talk about this event, but almost none in French. Our Class therefore wanted to address a French-speaking audience by mixing already existing images and sound recordings (videos, speech, song) whose references are given at the end of the film. To personalize this work in accordance with the gravity of the subject, the CM2 students added some photos of them who show a serious and concerned feeling.

Confiné chez lui, Augustin a fait ce petit tutoriel pour initier ses amis au logiciel de montage “Windows Movie Maker”.
Blocked down at home, Augustin made this little tutorial to introduce his friends to “Windows Movie Maker” editing software.

Depuis un mois maintenant, nous sommes enfermés chez nous, loin de notre école. Chacun a pris une photo de son confinement à la maison et a écrit quelques mots pour faire un signe à tous les autres. Quel plaisir de voir tous les copains, même si le virtuel ne remplace pas le réel !
For a month now, we have been locked down at home, far from our school. This week, each student took a photo of the containment at his home and wrote a few words to say hello to everyone else. What a pleasure to see all the classmates, even if the virtual doesn’t replace the real !
